Godhead in the King James Version
Other Scriptures
In discussing the trinitarian concept of "the Godhead", trinitarians often present scriptures that they claim are presenting the three persons of the Godhead. When we examine those scriptures for what they say and what they do not say, however, we find that none of the scriptures present the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as being more than one person, or as being three persons. The concept has to be formulated aside from what is actually written and then placed over and read into what is actually written. We are not going to discuss the scriptures in this study, but we present below most of these scriptures that are usually presented. Many of these we hope, God willing, to address at a future date. The scriptures marked with an "L" have been linked to pages that either have a study or links to studies related to that scripture. Not all scriptures are linked, but God willing, we hope to have them all linked.
